Get Jupiter Day alerts on your phone and computer

Jupiter Day can alert you even when it isn't open — someone mentions you, assigns you a task, needs an approval, or you send a call to your phone. Alerts are per device: switch them on from each phone or computer you use. Open your avatar (top right) → Devices → Phone alerts on this device.

iPhone and iPad

Alerts only work from the home-screen app, not from Safari. Add it first: in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Open Jupiter Day from the new icon, sign in, then Devices → switch on → Allow. Needs iOS 16.4 or later.

If you allowed it but nothing arrives: Settings → Notifications → Jupiter Day → Allow Notifications, and check Focus / Do Not Disturb is off.

Android

Open jupiter-day.com in Chrome (or install it: menu → Add to Home screen), Devices → switch on → Allow.

If nothing arrives: Settings → Apps → Chrome → Notifications, and check the site is allowed.

Mac

Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari (macOS 13 or later). Devices → switch on → Allow.

Nothing showing? macOS decides whether your browser may notify: System Settings → Notifications → find your browser → Allow Notifications. Check Focus is off. The browser must be running.

Windows

Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Devices → switch on → Allow.

Nothing showing? Settings → System → Notifications → your browser on, and Focus assist / Do not disturb off.

Choosing what alerts you

Avatar → Notifications → the Push column. Turn alerts off for a device from Devices → Remove.

A note on shared computers

Alerts go to whoever last switched them on in that browser. Sign out or Remove the device when you leave.
