CRM
Leads, companies, contacts and a deal pipeline. Free until 31 Dec 2026, then £18 per seat per month from 1 January 2027.
Chat
Channels, direct messages and threads for your team. Free until 31 Dec 2026, then £8 per seat per month from 1 January 2027.
Tasks and Notes are free — forever, for up to 5 people.
Need more than 5? Extra Tasks & Notes seats are £2.50/user/month. Every paid module seat already includes Tasks & Notes for that person, so nobody is billed twice.
What happens when early access ends
Early access is free until 31 Dec 2026. We'll tell you what changes, and what it costs, well before then — no surprises. No card is needed today.
All prices are in pounds sterling, per user, per month. Tax is calculated at checkout when billing begins. Seat changes are prorated to the day, so you only pay for the days a seat was actually held.
More modules are coming
We're building towards work arriving on its own: Aida turning it into a task, assigning it to the right person, and you approving. More modules will follow. None of it is available today, and we don't price anything we haven't built — when a new module is ready, it gets its own honest line on this page.

- Are Tasks and Notes really free forever?
- Yes — for up to 5 people in your workspace. No card, no trial countdown, no feature gating.
- What if I need more than 5 people on Tasks & Notes?
- Add extra Tasks & Notes seats for £2.50/user/month. If some of those people also need CRM or Chat, a module seat includes Tasks & Notes for them, so you never pay twice for the same person.
- What do CRM and Chat cost?
- Both are free while we're in early access, until 31 Dec 2026. From 1 January 2027, CRM is £18 per seat per month and Chat is £8 per seat per month — and only for the people you actually assign.
- Can teammates without a CRM seat still be given CRM tasks?
- Yes. Tasks created inside any module land in the assignee's normal Tasks inbox — they don't need a module seat to receive, complete or comment on a task. They just won't see the module's own views.
- How does per-seat assignment work?
- Admins turn a module on, then pick which people get access. Only the assigned people see the module, and only they would show up on the bill once billing begins.
- Is VAT included?
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Tax is calculated at checkout when billing begins.
