- Are Tasks and Notes really free forever?
- Yes. No card, no trial countdown, no feature gating. We may add optional paid add-ons later (e.g. advanced workflows), but core Tasks and Notes stay free for up to 5 people.
- What if I need more than 5 people on Tasks & Notes?
- Add extra Tasks & Notes seats for $2.50/user/month. Or, if some of those people also need a paid module (Chat, CRM, Projects, etc.), buy them a module seat instead — Tasks & Notes are included with every module seat, so you never pay twice for the same person.
- If I buy Projects for 3 people, can my other teammates still be assigned project tasks?
- Yes. Tasks created inside any paid module land in the assignee's normal Tasks inbox — they don't need a module seat to receive, complete, or comment on the task. They just won't see the module's own views (the project board, the CRM pipeline, the support queue). Perfect for a wedding planner with 2 paid Project seats and a few helpers on free Tasks.
- How does per-seat assignment work?
- Admins enable a module, then pick which people get access. Only the assigned people see the module and only they show up on the bill. So your 3-person finance team can have Accounting without your whole company paying for it.
- What happens to my tasks if I cancel or downgrade?
- They stay. Tasks and Notes are free on every plan, including Free — your first 5 people keep them at no cost when you drop a paid module.
- What unlocks once I have a paid module?
- Custom logo & brand colours, custom domain, unlimited Help Centre articles and workflows, full audit history, and email support — for the whole workspace, not just the people on paid modules.
