Acceptable Use Policy

What is and is not allowed on Jupiter Day.

1. Scope

This policy forms part of the Customer Agreement and applies to you and to your users.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use Jupiter Day to: • break the law or infringe other people's rights, including intellectual property, privacy and data protection rights; • store or share unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive or discriminatory content, or anything that sexualises or endangers children; • upload malware or anything designed to disrupt or damage systems; • send spam or breach anti-spam laws; • attempt unauthorised access, probe or test our security without our written permission, or circumvent limits or authentication; • scrape or bulk-extract data other than your own, or resell or sublicense the service except as permitted; • overload or impair the service, including through excessive automated requests; • misuse the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, or to extract other people's data; • impersonate any person or organisation.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure and your users compliant with this policy. Make sure you have the rights and consents needed for the content and personal data you add. Review AI output before relying on it.

4. Reporting

Report abuse to abuse@jupiter-day.com and security issues to security@jupiter-day.com.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove offending content, and suspend or limit access — with notice where practical, or immediately where the breach is serious or creates legal risk. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
